Crossgates Mall, Albany

My friend and I both purchased something at the mall, and afterward we realized the items were used and we request a refund. However, the store violated the NY state law where they had to display return policies or inform us there was no refund before we purchase the items. They refused to refund us the money. In addition, when we talk to the management team, they sided with the store and said there was always a sign when there's clearly no sign. The security guards openly admitted that the store is know to preform these violations. Other complaints were filed but no one seems to take this seriously. Our rights as a US citizen has been violated. The manager of the store also admitted so. The mall management was completely more concern about their leasing business rather than the law or customer satisfactions. We have informed our lawyers and this is a serious crime, we will proceed with the law suit. Buyers please beware especially the mall managers and Her Styler.
