Point Pleasant Parasail, Pt Pleasant Beach

A few of my girlfriends decided to go on our weekend trip to Pt. Pleasant. Let's just say that upon arrival the dock looked liked it was in shambles. Obviously we were a bit hesitant. Our minds were changed quickly. The girl in the shack thing was so helpful and answered all of our questions. The hunky (HOT) captain and crew were funny but made us feel safe at the same time. Corny jokes but they were adorable. Ladies please take a number in line!!!! One of my girlfriends is deathly afraid of heights so was just going as an "observer"... she obviously changed her mind once we got out there and ended up flying. I also never realized how peaceful and relaxed it is while you're up there. We had all kind of assumed it was super fast and full of thrill, but it was so chill and the views were AMAAAAAZING. We wanted to try the banana boat too but it was broken while we were there :( Can't wait to go back again though. Definitely making it an annual thing!

I have gone parasailing many times, several times with this same company. I am a boat owner so I know a thing or two. I brought my 9 year old daughter along this time as she had been anxious to go. The day before we went the weather was very stormy but I thought it would be OK the following day. However as soon as the boat went from the bay into the ocean we hit a huge wave. My daughter and I both lost our grip, flew up in the air and I landed on top of her on the bottom of the boat. We were both injured - I slammed my thigh into the boat, she banged her face and cut her toe. I asked the captain and assistant for first aid for my daughter, they did nothing. We asked to be brought back and they refused to turn back. They just ignored us and sent up two groups of parasailers up (the other group changed their minds as obviously did we). My daughter was terrified, she was crying hysterically the entire time and begging them to take her back or slow down and they refused. We were both in tremendous pain. If I could post a picture of my 7 inch black and blue welt here I would. Obviously we will never go back to these horrible people again. Our vacation was ruined and we are both still in pain 2 days later. Furthermore nobody in the boat had life jackets on besides for the two children on board, and with the waves that big, a drowning death could have easily occurred. There was just no regard for safety and they have lost our business forever.

The ocean was real bad that day ... way too choppy with huge waves. Initially we were scared, but the captain of the boat and his buddy assured us that everything will be alright. And rightly so ... when we soared up in the air it was awesome. 3 out of our party of 6 backed off at the last moment. So me, my dad and my son (8 yrs) had one of the best experiences of our lives. The crew was very nice in explaining the safety features to us. The take off and landing from the boat was a tad too smooth. Before we knew anything we were up in the air and same thing when landing. Full credit to the experienced crew these people have. We will go again for sure.

All of us thoroughly enjoyed our sail early in the morning. The crew was amazing to us. It is a wonderful experience and everyone enjoyed themselves. WE WILL BE BACK. Thank you so much!! Barbara & Joe

Staff is very good and the experience is awesome. Would recommend ot all. I'd do it again.

These guys are top notch and will fly anyone who wants the thrill of a 500 foot flight up and down the Jersey shore. The crew was very fun and safe. Ill go again.

i was on the same boat as thewildone1997. and once we got back to the dock, they didn't offer anything. one man went to buy water bottles, and the lady took the money. she didn't offer it to us for free, saying "oh i'm so sorry this happened would you like a water or a t-shirt?" nothing. so we waited there for about 20 minutes for the boat to come back, only to say "ok you can all leave now". and they left us on the beach where we were stranded so we had to find a way to get back. luckily one of the women was staying at the hotel right there so she got us rides. awful service.

I went with my father to the parasailing place. The people were nice, and the flight that we took on the boat was great. But as the last two 9 year old girls were going they goofed off, got the cord stuck around the propeller, and didn't think to drop anchor. So we kept moving to the surf, with big waves splashing against us.We were broadside into the waves, to the point of almost tipping over. Thankfully no one was hurt, but it was to close to death for comfort.

We have taken our children and friends on this about a dozen times. Captain Tom's boat handling is superb. He can do everything from dip your toes in the water to dunk you all the way in and lands you as gently as if your were sitting yourself down on a chair. The ride is peaceful and invigorating. Amazing to see the world from that altitude. The trip is fun and well worth the price of admission. They do an excellent job and inspire confidence in their devotion to safety at all times.
