what a waste of time and money.. place was dirty and old and nothing changed since my last visit... we thought we would give it one more chance but nothing new. people were miserable who worked there nd were sitting around doing nothing while animals needed food and water and were in a real state...

Me and my family went here as we used to go here many years ago... well it has certainly changed and not for the better. things were dirty, old and staff were rude and unhelpful when asking questions about animals in barnyard (especially the blond animal minder who was very rude to me and my children) I will not go back and would definitely NOT recommend - try Johnsons Farm, much better...

I have been going to the farm for a few years. Unfortunately, the last few times I have been extremely upset about how bad the place looks. The animals look unkempt and uncared for and the exhibits are old and broken. Don't waste your money here...

My kids have been coming here for well over a year on almost a weekly basis (sometimes more) the family yearly membership is just a wonderful deal. The classes are the best and the staff is so friendly. It may not be flashy but not everything in life needs to be. They do have older interactive exhibits that would be nice if they did work but it has never detracted from our experience. My kids prefer the animals, the outdoor activities, the classes and playing with other kids that I don't think they've ever noticed that a couple of interactive exhibits don't work. This is a slice of preschool and toddler heaven in my opinion. My children affectionately call it "the farm" and it's a staple in our weekly outings. Children have the freedom to run around, be kids, explore, learn,play and it's not so packed with kids like some other children's museum that you have to keep an eagle eye on them and can't relax....great way to spend the day and don't forget to pack a picnic lunch during the nice months!

The other reviewer is correct, this place is not up to date, but, it is more about the animals then about being the latest and greatest place to be. I spent a lovely day with my two sons and my dad, who has trouble walking. We walked the trails and the grade was easy enough for my dad and there were a lot of stops along the way with places for the children to climb and play while my dad rested. The animals are well taken care of and it's a nice place to visit if you're not looking for bells and whistles!
