Great family ski area
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/15/08
We've skiied several NH resort and for the money you can't beat Black Mt. The Family Passport (2 adults ,2 kids)for $99 is the best deal around. It may not be as fancy as some other places but all the basics are there.

We Loved it.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/05/08
We just spent new years weekend at Black mountain with a 2 adults and 4 kids 8 and under and we had a great time. The kids had fun, you can't beat the value and the skiing was great. A lot of snow and the best skiing I have seen in New England in years. Black Mountain is rustic but with the family value deal you can't get a better price anywhere. There were no lines at all we skied all day. Nici Rioux

Great Family Experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/21/07
My family has traveled to New Hampshire for the last 5 years and every year we check out Black Mountain. Every year we find the excellent management and staff have made it even better than the year before. With new trails, new events, and improvements inside the lodge, Black Mountain keeps getting better and better! This ski area is great for all ability levels. There is the platter pull surface lift for the beginners. Or the more confident skiers can test their abilities on the double black diamonds at the top of the mountain. This wonderful ski area is also the most affordable in the area, making easier for the whole family to ski there. I would recommed Black Mountain to anyone looking to spend a wonderful weekend skiing in the White Mountains for an affordable price.

One Great Mountain
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/12/07
The price range is great. It is about half less than the other mountains. The funny thing is not many people know it is there. The trails are pretty easy yet there are some expert trails. It is one of the only mountains I know that they do not have to put each ticket through the computer system each time you go up the lift. There is apsolutely no line for the lifts. I have been going there for many years and I love it.
