Children's Museum of Northern Nevada, Carson City

The Children's Muesum is best hands on experience your child can get in carson city! Children are able to touch and try out real items, like doctors tools, dig for bones and grocery store cash register and etc. My kids loved the shadow box and talked forver about the rocket. There are areas for big and small. The best part is that parent and child can share experiences together. They do have coupons availible but at $3 for kids, $5 for adults and no time limit its plenty worth it. They also have a gift shop with many items under $1. Great for birthdays aswell. Thanks for being in Carson City!

This was horrible. It looked great from the outside. I'm thankful the clerk let us peek in before wasting our money. It literally looked like an elementary school cafeteria with "booths" set up - perhaps like a science fair. The displays were there & on stage. If you have children 3 & under (mayyyybe 4) you will probably have fun with your child. Older than that, it is a laughing stock.

All items are donated junk. The building belongs to the community. This building and our children are being exploited by the greedy to pocket donations and then these individuals entitle themselves to an enormous tax right-off. I am going to suggest to the Nevada Legislature that this building be used as a homeless shelter. Our children would benefit more by experiencing a truly Christian society.

Very small and sort of home made. I thought it was good at first but it was dirty and several of the exhibits didn't work, like the piano and the train in a box. I wasn't expecting a big one but I was expecting clean bathrooms and people who smiled when I walked in. the lady didn't thank me, or acknowledge me and my kids at all, I thought she was busy maybe. If this were a free museum, I would give it three stars.

We loved the creative exhibits that the museum had. Can't wait to see what they will add next!

I was more sattified here then any other hotel in the world.
