Black Canyon River Raft Tours

On 5/17/07 we took the raft ride for the 3rd time. We always get on Paul's raft [ this is not to detract from any of the other guides ] because he did our first tour and was very good. We have told others about this tour and so far 7 of them have taken it and liked it as much as we have. If you're in Vegas for 5 days or more this is a nice break from the strip and everything that goes with it. WEAR SUN BLOCK

Black Canyon is another example of our radical, wonderful, and diverse desert enviroment. Who knew that those black, desolate mountains was home to such an incredible, lovely enviroment. What a pleasure!

I have taken this trip twice, once last July and this past March. I enjoyed both experiences. This is truly God's country. Meeting people from all over the country was fun! John and Paul were great guides. However, I have to say Rick was the very best!!! Try to get on his raft and I promise you will not be disappointed!! I recommend this trip for all ages- young and old. It is educational and fun at the same time. Remember to take sunscreen - a must.
