Mount Mora Cemetery, St Joseph

I recently visited St. Joseph to find my ancestors graves. I found my gg-grandfather and his wife, I also found their WW2 vetran son, who died in combat. The Cemetery was a mess. Here it was the end of July and the grass was grown up over over half the graves. The Cemetery is in the middle of St. Jospeh. A steel fence surrounds the graves, and the cities history started with this graveyard. It needs help. St. Joseph needs help. There are many people who make the genealogy trail their hobby. The hotels, restaurants, museums would all benefit by keeping the cemetery up to standards. St. Joseph you are neglecting your hero's.

This is a great place. So much history here, and dedicated volunteers available and on call. Very attractive place to visit and learn.
