Beautiful hotel and nice atmosphere. Have stayed here many times but my last stay was with a friend who recently was confined to a wheelchair. We were able to get a wheelchair accessible room but not a suite. We wanted the suite for the refrigerator and microwave. The refrigerator was needed to keep her medications and the microwave for her heating pads at night. She went without her heat pads and we had to keep a chest filled with ice careful not to freeze her medications. Until suites are made accessible or suite amenities are put in accessible rooms I'm afraid I'll have to look for other accommodations when I'm in Springfield. If you have no disabilities good hotel to stay at.
