Calvary Baptist Church, Joplin

I enjoyed the church when i went the pastor is very kind and he enjoys laughing the songs is great to sing. they still have the altar to pray at.

jk it wasnt very good. because when im on vaction why would church be fun?

I visited Calvary Baptist Church in Joplin on one Sunday morning. I arrived early (9:00) because I thought there was Sunday school that early. Instead there was a contemporary service that I really liked. The music was good and so was the message from the minister. Then after that I went to the classic service that they have and really thought that was cool because that service had hymns and gospel music sung in it. The gospel music stuff is not really my thing but I thought the place was really cool b/c It had a nice variety of worship experiences for me. I really did enjoy it which is kind of hard for me to do sometimes. Very cool :)
