Hollywood Casino, Robinsonville

Hollywood is alot of fun but we have been disappointed with the room reservation aspect. Check in is at 4;00 no matter what. No early check in. We always make reservations far in advance. Most the time the rooms are comped. two times I have gotten sick while there and begged to get my room alittle early. I didn't. We have had to wait untill 6;30 twice before our room was ready. They lost our reservation once and after some heated conversation they figured out they were looking at the wrong conformation number. The last stay we had was last weekend march 12th and 13th. We made reservations 3 weeks in advance. 2 doubles smoking, nothing special, We arrived at about 9:00 that evening and were told sorry they had no more smoking doubles available and we were to recieve 2 kings nonsmoking. We told them that was not whatb we reserved. That offered to switch us the next day. We asked if we were going to have to wait untill 4:00. they said no, to come down at checkout the next morning and pre register and they would get our room ready. At 10:30 We did as told. Room was not ready at 12:00 ,was told to come back at 2:00 still not ready . We were really upset. finally we got a room at 3:00 a king not double but at least it was smoking. we spent alot of time dealing with this when we could have been gambling.

Have stayed at Hollywood for several years now. We look forward to each trip. There are four of us (family) that travel together each year. All of us can't wait until the next trip. Seems that some services and give aways have decreased from previous years........but we will make the trip again next week from Virginia.

it will be my husband and mines anniversity 45 years ,we where there this time last year, loved it.patsy harris.loved the people and friendship, food was good the room's were clean,but we need to win.

every thing was nice and a good pool a good room nice displays and a great food nand i won 5,000dollers and i want to go back
