I love it!

I love the church Calvary. I grew up here and never want to leave. The Youth is the best part, they love to be with one another and they make you feel wanted. They dont exclude people because they are different. So, if you are looking for a church where your children will be loved then come to Calvary.

LOVE IT

I'm sorry to hear that someone had a poor experience at Calvary. It seems that their goal is to be a loving and caring people. From my experience this has definitely been the case. They teach the Bible and that should be the GUIDE we use to find any church. They also emphasize the importance of carrying this precious message to a lost and dying world.

Hypocritical at best

Don't go here. The people are rude, their beliefs are way far right of center. If you don't already know how to participate in everything they do you will feel very left out.

Warm welcome, comfortable setting

We're new to Starkville and, after searching through numerous and widely varied church settings, we found Calvary Baptist to be a terrific setting. Warm, friendly and comfortable worship. Strong emphasis on the importance of the Bible with equal emphasis on the vitality of being active in the community of believers. Definitely worth checking out!
