My fiance gave me carte blanche on my engagement ring and after searching every store in Southaven, I walked into Robert Irwin and found the most gorgeous ring at a very wonderful price. They held the ring for me until later that evening when he could go back with me. Service A++ Quality A++

I have been looking for a graduation gift for my babysitter for two weeks. I decided to get it at Robert Irwin because of the price and service. Sharon was very patient, showing me several different items within my price range. I ended up selecting an amethyst pendent (her birthstone) and chain. Thanks Sharon, I know Jess will love it!

I just had my wedding band sized from a 9 to a 10 and a half at Robert Irwin Jewelers in Southaven. Instead of stretching my ring they told me they were going to add gold, and by golly when I received my wedding band back it looked better than new. I have since brought back a number of my jewelry pieces to them for repair, and I have always been satisfied.

I was recently shopping for jewelry, and after shopping around at a number of the jewelry stores in Southaven, I happened upon Robert Irwin Jewelers. I found a beautiful pair of 1 carat diamond earrings at a fraction of the price I was going to pay elsewhere. Sharon was an excellent diamond consultant and the atmosphere made me feel right at home, as it was un-pretentious and comfortable. I will shop there for all of my jewelry needs.

I would avoid this store at all costs. They took my ring to size it up. They quoted me $27.00 to size it from 5 to 5 1/2 so I left my wedding ring there. Then I got a phone call a few days later telling me the price was increased to $75.00, so I told the store manager Robert that I would pick up the ring and have it sized at a later date. When I picked up my ring I tried to put it on, it wouldn't go over my knuckle, I showed Robert and his answer was 'maybe my hands were swollen' which they weren't . Robert put my ring on the black ring sizer and it showed my ring had somehow decreased in size to a 4 something. He also told me my ring hadn't been worked on when obviously it had, the platinum has been gouged out of the back of it and there is a fine line where it was cut, the back of the ring is also smudged and bumpy and not shiny & smooth like the rest of the platinum. Please avoid this store .

I have used Robert Irwin Jewelers in Southaven for all events and celebrations. They always have just what I want, and the service is awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, gracious is how I would describe the employees. "THEY DO IT RIGHT EVERYTIME." Thank You Rob, Kristen, Kim your cheerished. Big T.
