Beautiful Home
By West, 3/25/10
The price of the tickets were $12 which I felt was a bit expensive but the tour was very interesting & I enjoyed it. You can take pictures inside the house of everything except pictures hanging on the wall. The gift shop is worth going in and looking around. It is definitely a must if you go to Natchez.

Don't Miss this Home
By Robyn, 8/18/09
Great Home overlooking Miss.River...They let you take pics of certain things, which many of the homes will not let you....The great condition of the furnishings was almost unbeleivable...The only thing that I might change is the length of the tour...maybe a little less detail in facts/info....Very impressed; especially with view from 2nd floor porch area...

A Beautiful Place
By Gene, 7/30/09
Full of history with a view of the Mississippi. You can't help but feel close to the events that once happened there. The French fort that once occupied the grounds as well as the Natchez Indians that tried to protect their homeland. It is wonderful that the soldiers allowed the furniture and other belongings remain with this piece of history.

disappointed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/30/07
We were very sad when we found out that we had gone the week of the fall tour and were not able to view it on our own. We did see a few other homes but to me Rosalie is special since we had seen in the distant past.

Great Place to Visit
I loved it. The ladies were so nice there. I went years ago. The ladies even let me go behind the ropes and sat on the furniture. I have pics to prove it. Even got my pic made with the tea set. It is a beautiful home to visit and it has great history behind it. This is a must see if u go to natchez....

Hope to come again. soon.
By Jim, 1/1/06
I could have moved right in, it was a very homey and friendly place. A lady was playing the piano and we were all singing. Home was very cheery and we enyoyed every monent we were there. I love the south and Rosalie was my favorite home of the Fall Pilgrimage 2001.It was truly a highlight of my life. I felt I had been there before. The ladies dressed in period dresses was very special. It was almost like coming home.

This gorgeous home, the center of military operations for the Union forces in the Civil War, is full of original family antiques and has unbeatable views from the galleries facing the river. Must see!
