After visiting the Fun Factory, I decided I will never go there again. I almost wanted to leave as soon as I got there, but my kids were very excited to go to this "fun" place. $5 just to get in is kind of high for a McDonald's like play place and old games (far from "state of the art" like they advertise). And, there was only two go carts to ride and that was $5 per ticket for just a few minutes to ride and it was the smallest go cart track I have ever seen in my life. But, my major problem was how DIRTY it was. There was too many candy wrappers on the floors considering there was hardly anyone there, and the amount of dust was so incredibly GROSS! It looked like noone had cleaned and dusted in months! Which I don't understand why- they were not busy at all and all the young kids working there were just sitting around, talking with each other and one talking on the phone. They should have been cleaning! I will never go there again.
It's a shame that this place isn't nicer than what it is, it has tons of potential, a large customer base, and virtually no competition. The place is out of date, dirty, over priced, non stimulating, and has the worst staff ever!!!! The owners must be absent or absent minded because I have never been there one time and left satisfied. My children have attended several parties there and the whole thing was a disaster. From the time we walked in to see the attendant open mouth kissing her boyfriend while grinding on his knee to the incredibly filthy restrooms, we were uncomfortable and disappointed. The ideas are good but execution EXTREMELY poor. What a shame, our area could use a clean, affordable, quality place for our children to be entertained.
