HORRIBLE customer service

First of all, this place was over priced for what you get. My family and I have rented many homes around the country and was shocked that the rates were so high. Secondly, we left a pillow case that went to our master bedroom bedding set. I quickly called Mary, the owner, within the week we left. On three different occassions over the span of two months she continued to promise to mail it, getting more aggervated with each call. I was always very nice and understanding. I made one last call in November, more than two months after we had stayed there because we had still not received our pillow case. I let her know I was disappointed we still hadn't received it. She completely lost it and was extremely rude and hateful to me, saying that she couldn't believe I had said that. I was so shocked she was treating me so badly, but kept being nice because I really wanted my pillow case back! I now realize a pillow case isn't worth being talked to like that. I asked her why she was being so rude and she wouldn't even let me talk and kept saying how she couldn't believe I told her I was disappointed. It was the craziest thing I think I've ever experienced. After sending her a self-addressed stamped envelope we still have not received our pillow case. I'm glad we didn't leave something more valuable. I'd like to point out that during our conversation I asked her why she'd be so rude to a customer knowing there were places I could post comments online... She quickly threatened me with legal action if I posted my experience with her. My family and I will never stay there again, based on the high prices and extrememly POOR customer service. Renters BEWARE!!! You deserve to have a great experience during and after. Don't waste your time here.
