IP Hotel & Casino, Biloxi

I booked 3 rooms for July 20th. The rooms were nice and the view was good. These were things we liked. Now for the things we disliked. We were on the 13th floor in the afternoon the fire alarm went off we were told not to use the elevator use the stairs. My sister has a bad back and has had 2 knee replacements she is 76 years old this was hard for her along with all the other elderly people going down the stairs. We went down 4 flights of stairs and checked the hallway people were getting on the elevator. They knew nothing of a fire alarm. When we got to the lobby we were told it was only a test but WE WERE NOT IMFORMED THAT IS WAS ONLY A TEST. A lot of people could have been hurt by this carelessness. This was uncalled for. Now for the problem with our room. During the night the air conditioner quit woking. It did not come on the rest of the night. I called the desk several times. On time I was told it would be on in a few minutes, then again I was told it would be 10 minutes. I called the desk to get a fan sent up because it was very hot I was told they did not have any fans. The next time I called the desk I was told the air would be back on by 9:00 a.m. By 10:30 the air still was not on. We checked out. Very dissatified. Will not recommend this hotel to our freinds.
