Beau is good but needs to work on wheelchair access
This property is not wheelchair friendly as far as mobility is concerned. If you have a power chair or are able to rent one please do so. I was in a manual wheelchair and had a very difficult time. Forget trying to shop with your chair, the stores are so cramped that you can hardly move around without getting stuck on items or not being able to move around without bumping into things. The casino itself had small spaces between the seats and trying to get around there without being blocked was difficult. Your only real choice was the end seats. We often stay at the Beau with our family because of their rooms. They have pleanty of space in the rooms, they are always clean and most of the staff is a delight to be around. They need to work on their customer service skills in the buffet area, if at all possible go to the back of the casino and grab your lunch, dinner, or some wonderful dessert at Spuntino. Their staff is the best that the Beau has to offer. The only entertainment for children is the arcade and the pool area so they might become bored so take a trip down to the beach area and they will have fun playing in the sand, hunting for sea shells, and jumping in the waves. The valet parking is free, from our experience the ladies working here go the extra mile and work harder for their tips. It takes about 10 - 15 minutes to get your car but they have a beautiful view of their fountain along with benches to sit on while you wait. We've stayed at different places in this area and we've given up trying to find a better place than the Beau. It cost a bit more but it is worth it.
