I came from Omaha, Ne. to celebrate her birthday. Had a wonderful time and I would recommend this showboat to anyone. I would make the trip again just to go back and to really enjoy the wonderful atomsphere. The food was fantastic.
I have been on this trip and enjoyed it several times previously; but our last trip was disheartening. I was there with a group of 10 business professionals and my 4 year old daughter. My family was harassed throughout the entire trip from a less then normal functioning belligerent adult. The staff did their best; but to their credit they were all very young. It was after the irrational passenger continued to harass us that a young staff member took me to tell the captain. What is he to do he is driving the boat? By that point there was only 10 minutes left of the trip. The harassing continued. At this point we called the police. We spoke with him after docking;but the person had already left. I do take offense and take it seriously when a person is threatening my family and innocent child. If it was any place else I would have left; but being that we were on the river we could not and were left alone to endure her and her remarks. If I was less of a person it would have easily gotten out of hand.I called the boat company and my call was not returned. I then called back the next day and spoke with Amy who told me she was the manager who made me more upset by belittling my concerns. I suggested that they have some sort of security being that it was a public place and drinking was allowed. She told me I should expect things like that when out in the public. I totally disagree. She begrudgingly offered to send me a gift certificate in which I refused after her rudeness and insincere remarks.
This riverboat was awesome -- the food was wonderful and the staff was nice!!
We enjoyed the beautiful shoreline-- the cruise helped to set off a wonderful, relaxing July 4 weekend in Stillwater!
Thank you for the great experience!!
We had the best time on the cruise. We went on one of the 8:45 p.m. trips with the band. People were dancing and having a ball the whole time and the price couldn't have been better: $11.95 for the band and boat ride.
The atmosphere was wonderful, staff very helpful but the some of the food was very disappointing. The fruit, salads, rolls, deserts were excellent but the prime rib was very boring. No flavor in meat, au jus or horseradish. The walleye was ok and we didn't try the chicken.
We had a company function there and I have never experienced such a helpful and supportive staff. They are constantly keeping busy and were attentive to all our needs. We will definitely making this an annual trip.
The boats are clean & accessible. The food is perfect and the "Crew" wonderful. We always plan a FAll COLOR vist. It does not matter even if it is raining. Lots to see and great people.

don't. The food is unremarkable, and the prices are high for what you get. The menu includes all the ...
