Highly dissappointed!

I tried to return an $8 (box of tea candles) item that was purchased at another Hallmark store just a week earlier. I even had the receipt. However, the owner refused to return the item stating it was their policy and each Hallmark store is independent of each other. In addition, another item I purchased was suppossed to come with tea candles, according to the Hallmark printed label. The owner also refused to supply the missing tea candles for the same reason as the return, stating I would have to go to the store of origin, which was 15 miles away, versus his store which is two miles from my home. I was flabbergasted and insulted. And the foolish little man has now lost hundreds of dollars of potential business.
