Bills Bay Marina has an awesome sales team and very friendly atmosphere! Great boat selections also, wide varieties!!

After I purchased a new boat from Bills Bay along with several accessories I was appalled to find that they had sold me a used propeller instead of a new one I had specified and paid for. Ultimately, I sent the propeller back and they have not reimbursed me the money they have stated, to the BBB and myself, they owe me. They have stopped responding to my correspondence as well as the Better Business Bureau. The staff is incompetent, untruthful and does whatever necessary to ensure they take you for ever penny they can; wrong or right. I strongly encourage you to NOT do business with Bill's Bay Marina, especially if you are not from the Red Wing, MN area.
