My fiance and I went in to design rings that matched each others his Grandma and Mom insisted on us going there. every time we went in which was about 10 times was a bad experience. one time they ran in the back to hurry and start on my ring that was supposed to be finished they came out with it the ring had a huge glob of gold on the side of it the stone was set leaning. they wanted me to pay for it like this. then they put a stone in another band and that one looked chopped up and thrown in the stone wouldn't have even stayed for a week. they didn't match the golds and they had no input on what would look good they are suppose to be jewelers they should know somewhat if it would look good. My Fiance and I went in thinking it would be a fun way to start our life together and but it just turned into a complete desaster and now we are a couple weeks away and Hate the ring they made.
