Not only have I received several bouquets that are poor looking and unacceptable, I also had a rather expensive plant (a gardenia) that was horribly infested with bugs. They would not take the plant back, citing that it just needed to be cut back, and they pruned it like it were a bonsai! Eventually I threw it out, after the bugs had spread to many of my other plants. I would never buy anything from them again!
