Time Square Bagels and Coffee, Alexandria

With Caribou now in 2 Alexandria locations and Starbucks not far behind, Time Square needs to find a way to distinguish themselves. So far, they aren't doing it as each time I visit I experience lackluster customer service and the feeling that they could care less if I returned or not. On the opposite end of the spectrum, one of the baristas at Caribou started greeting me by name after 4 visits.

As far as a bite to eat goes, they are fast with good grub. But calling what they serve coffee? espresso? That's a stretch. The drive thru was convenient, but watch for pedestrians and such as it runs through their parking lot twice. Not too terribly far off I94, but if you're sick of pulling off for typical fast food, this is a nice change of pace...just don't expect too much on the "coffee" end.
