New Vic Theatre, Kalamazoo

I loved the production of Norman Conquests "Living Together". Although I went for a class it turned out to be a great night my husband and I. I look forward to going again whenever we have the opportunity.

I sit here and ask myself why I should tell you about the New Vic's performance of "A Christmas Carol". Afterall, the more who know about it, the more who will want to see it and the harder it will be to obtain tickets. But alas, I would be doing the theatre a disservice if I didn't give it an honest opinion. This show is such a classic and so well done that even my 6yr old son wants to go again and again. That in itself is truly amazing. Yes, the New Vic players have a knack for making this show as entertaining as possible and my wife and I have been there many times and will continue to do so. Regardless if your seeing "A Christmas Carol" or any of their other performances, you owe it to yourself for an evening of real entertainment. But please, don't buy tickets for "A Christmas Carol", they're hard enough to get as it is. Plainwell, MI
