When I first stepped into Brann's, it reminded me of a restaurant in my home town I had loved so much... the ecclectic decorations humor me. I was amazed at the great prices on the menu and even more so when the food actually arrived. I knew I wasn't going home hungry. The burgers are gigantic and supported by great sides of fries and such. But what really got me was their Mongo drinks. Their mammoth size is definately worth the experience. Great place for a fun date or group outing! The service was prompt yet laid back and our server was fun! Since then, I've been back a few times and I can't wait to have an excuse to go again!
I give Brann's five stars! The only reason why I rated the ambiance and food lower is becuase the staff is just amazing! I mean that in all ways...The guy that said Tammy and Jen are hot, was definitly right. Jen and Tammy both serve up their full bodied brews. Brann's on Leonard is a must for all occasions.
we just had a very unhappy dinner at leonard street. we ordered the sizzler special, got our salads and were told we had to wait for rolls to come out of oven..the waitress took our order and we both ordered our sizzlers to be medium..when the young lady brought them to us one was rare and one was medium. they took it back and brought it a second time and it still was not medium so they took it bac another time. by now my potato was cold..they brought it back and for the second time this evening the waitress seemed to think it necessary to get right in my face and butterflied the sizzler so it might be done more even..after sending it back that many times it was almost burnt on either side, my husband had ordered a diet coke which she brought as we were about done with our meal..we were there before 5:00 and it was not that busy,,i really did not appreciate the waitress finding it necessary to be in my face either of the times she was..i feel we had very poor service and i feel we should have gone to Sam's Joint..we understand that the tip is added in, but when you get this kind of service why would you want to tip the person $3.00?
