I, too, had an encounter with a rude employee on the phone. Customer service is NOT a priority with this company. When I asked to speak to the owner she said that they live in Florida. If only they new how their business was being conducted!!

My parents are visiting and I thought Whirly ball would be such a fun way to spend time together and have a few laughs. After reading reviews...looks like I'm heading to Novi. If someone is going to take the time to type a review instead of just blowing off the horrible experience, well then, it's advice worth following. I will also tell others of the horrible service reviews. You better shape up Whirly Ball of Ann Arbor or move OUT.

The staff was RUDE!!! I have never been to a place especially where I was paying good money and treated like such garbage. They double booked us too and kicked us out early. We had been to this place a few times a few years ago and always had a blast so we went back but apparently they have new staff who hate their lives. I heard there is a really nice whirly ball place in Novi. We're going to go there to recelebrate our mom's birthday since Whirly Ball of Ann Arbor ruined it.

I called to reserve a space for our summer camp. The first time I called to get information (price quote, date available, etc.) The second time I called and was given another price. When I told the person that I was quoted something different yesterday she said "Don't go there!" After I listened to the rest of the information I asked her if she honestly just said "Don't go there to a customer." She said "Yah" and hung up. A very sad way to speak to anyone especially paying customers.

called twice to make dates to play for 2 courts for 2 hours with about fifty people , 1st time called a week ahead to see if everything was in order and it wasn't the manger was very nice moved some people around and got us our court times. The 2nd time which was supposed to be Nov. 8 called thurs.before to make sure ,again the manager only schedule 1 court for 50 people would not help us at all which in turn we had to cancel and was told not to come back here any more. I asked to talk to the boss and was told no and was hung up on. what a way to run a business .
