Liam Maguire's Irish Pub, Falmouth

It's a great place, friendly, clean, good food. I have Liam's CD, hope to be down to see him live.

Liam Maguire is refreshingly traditional and affordable, in the midst of downtown Falmouth's new upscale hangouts. It's really two places in one. Before 9 p.m., it's a family restaurant. Everything I've tried has been great, including non-Irish choices like nachos. Of course, there's lots of good Irish (and other) beer on tap. Music starts at 9, and within a few hours the place is rocking, with local patrons singing, clapping, and having a great time.

Bad attitude seems to stem from management here. Been here more than once because I like Falmouth and Irish pubs. Whether with my family or friends, I have left with a poor taste. If you want cheerful or timely service look elsewhere. There are plenty of other options on Main St.
