BEWARE of never mentioned standard Labor Fee of $99 for assisting customer. Agreed to purchase used trlr hub which initially told was $30, wound up $50, plus $5/bearing, $3.50 seal, $2.50 cotter pin, $12.95 grease plus tax total $73.95 PARTS, then had the guts to add $75 discounted labor fee for a total of $153.39. The only labor was putting the grease in the hub. Since this was an emergency on Sat when marinas close early, I agreed to purchase the used hub (no warranty),but never aware of a $75 discounted labor fee Bought a new hub Monday (all parts & grease included) for $39.95 + tax at Racetrack Auto & Marina ON Rte 50.....Steer clear of Advanced Marina (Props & Bottoms) Attempted to call for clarity on the labor chge, Mark Wenzloff (Wenzlaff) hung up, tried later in the week again asking for explanation of labor, woman indicated it was time he spent with us and hung up. He knows his shop and where items are located, only labor was putting grease in the hub which we could have done ourselves. He had me sign the sales receipt as to no warranty on the hub and then tallied up the total bill. He toook full advantage of the situation and never mentioned the std labor chge I reported him to the Md Better Business Bureau, he lied to them and said he told us several times of the chge. I have also contacted OC Chamber of Commerce and will also post on Angie's List..Hope no one else gets burned by this guy....does not do business in good faith.....
