Great Course but...
By Andre, 08/04/09
I give this course a 4 star overall and 4 star value only because the bunkers were in horrible shape - no sand and lots of pebbles. To be fair it had been raining hard and often a week before I played. Otherwise this is a great track. Plays a bit like a links course. Greens were in great shape, and fairways were very good. I played on a weekday and pace was excelent (played in 3hrs and 30 minutes). Carts are equiped w. GPS and cart girl came around often (it was 90 degrees that day). Hope to play again when in DC (just hope the bunkers are refilled with sand)

Best course in Frederick
By Gene, 01/30/09
I live in Frederick, and have played the 'other' elite golf courses here: Whiskey Creek and PB Dye. Worthington Manor is the best, rolling hills and mountain backdrop - make this a very scenic course to play. It plays a bit like a links course, pretty forgiving fairways. But the greens are in incredible shape and FAST! This course is meticulously maintained. It's a very challenging, but fair course. It's not cheap, but neither are the other two courses i mentioned.

Worst experience in 43 years of playing golf.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/05/08
The managment has to be the rudest i have ever encountered, bar none! will never go back and will make every effort to encourage everyone i talk to to stay away. The golf course itself is okay, but management needs serious lessons in MANAGEMENT! AND CUSTOMER CARE.

Great Course
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/02/06
Every hole is a unique design and iteresting to play. Challenging, particularly from the back two sets of tees but always fun. Well maintained and smartly designed. Best course inte waheington metro area. Very friendly staff. Nice club house - food is good for a golf club. Nice crowd.
