Employees needs education on Customer services. Almost all department I went to yesterday from women clothing to children's clothing and home not a single one employee greeted me or even say may I help you. It's not like they were busy, I went to the store around 11am and they only had a couple of customers. When I tried to use my coupon (wow pass) the employee from petite and children dept. keep mention to me that I have to Macy credit card, both employee keep scanning the bottom bar code the one that for (eletronic & watches) but yet I was buying clothes. They should be scanning the top bar code the one thats for (store wide). The employees need to realize that the coupon is good for both macy's card OR if you Wow pass, it's also printed on the coupon. I been to many different macy's from California, New York, Florida, and Texas etc... this macy's is far the worse. The store smell bad as you walk in.
I like the food, the clothes, and all the stores. I love it all whats not to love.T.I.P-dont go on sauturdays it would be really crowded. T.I.P-they have the movie thereters their when you first walk in and resterunts.
I purchased a small cup of Ice Cream from the Hershey's Ice Cream Store. The flavor was supposed to be Chocolate Peanut Butter. The ice cream was very bitter. I told the clerk of my disatisfaction and I was not allowed a refund only replacement which was an acceptable substitute. I was suprised to find that the substitute was a small kiddie cup not the size I purchased for $2.50. I was very disatisfied with both the service and the product at this store and I do not reccomend it.
I liked it to go shopping, you do get good deals. But the thing is...If you have ever went to arundel mills im sure you know what i mean, you can just walk around and be amused. That makes marley station look like a mini mall! But then again arundel mills have a little bit more expensive shops but i still like them better. AND their movie theatre is terrible at marley. Arundel mills is sooooo much better, trust me.
I love this mall. It has an abundance of stores, eateries, and many options to chose from when shopping for that special someone. I go to this mall simply to walk in the morning, and then i grab a bite to eat and shop. Friendly environment and exceptional cleanliness and service.
