O'Learys Seafood Restaurant, Annapolis

We have eaten at O'Leary's 10+ times in our 6 years here in Annapolis and have always found it to be spectacular. I would reccomend it to anyone who truly appreciates fine dining and a consistently superior restaurant.

Oh my God, too loud. We were in the middle of the restaurant and could not even talk to one another.Never again.How could the owners expect a client you to pay up to $50 to $70 a person and not even be able to carry on a conversation.Never again.

Though my husband and I have dined at O'Leary's a few times, the last time we visited, we were seated in the middle of the main dining area and the restaurant was packed. We never realized before how noisy it was -- we had difficulty speaking to one another and could not hear the waitress unless she leaned over to speak to us. My husband (an architect) could not believe how bad the accoustics were and said he would not come back again.

My husband and I tried this restraunt out on the suggestion of our hotel concierge, and were completely pleased! The fish that we had was absolutely outstanding, and cooked to perfection. We requested our waitress' suggestion, which was right on, and absolutely wonderful. The ambience was very pleasant, and was not too dressy, or too underdressed. We will be looking forward to returning again this Thanksgiving for another meal.

I was planning to propose to my girlfriend and I did a TON of research for a good place to eat in Annapolis. I had been to the Charterhouse a few times and while the setting is nice enough, it's too crowded and not cozy enough for a romantic meal. The service is top notch as I called ahead of time and asked them to help me with my plan. I had them print out "Will you marry me" on the desert menu and it came out exactly as planned. The restaurant itself is in a gorgeous part of Annapolis, by the water (few blocks from Charterhouse). It has a quaint feel and doesn't go over the top as far as decorations. Simple but elegant is how I would describe it. The food is amazing and I had the best soft shell crab that I have ever eaten. The appetizers, main course and dessert were all excellent. The service was great and you pay about what you would expect. If you really want to impress the lady in her life, take her here. You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I have been to O'Leary's three times over the past few years and each time has been a wonderful experience. Our meals were amazing and service was wonderful.

It was the best we ever had. My wife is very pickey and she loved this place. The service was better than I expected.

We loved the food here and the staff was very nice. Dessert drinks are a must at the end of the night. Very good atmosphere....we stayed for a while.

From the ambiance to the food to the service, I loved this place and can't wait to come back.
