Edgecomb Potters Galleries, Freeport

It isn't a trip to Maine until we visit Edgecomb Potters. The Edgecomb location is definitely worth the trip, but pressed for time- we love Freeport and Portland as well. The glazes and quality are unsurpassed. But they also carry beautiful jewelry and lamps and sculptures etc. There is so much to see and buy. I always buy gifts form them and a little something for myself. They are extremely helpful too.

I found Edgecomb Potters Gallery 20 years ago when I came to Maine. I have been to all of their stores and have purchased a myriad of really awesome pieces for my home, for my office and for my friends from around the world. If you haven't been to Edgecomb Potters Gallery, go now it's a special experience that you won't soon forget.

We drove by the gallery in Edgecomb,ME and decide to take a look. What a great place. We found some wonderful pieces that they were selling for next to nothing because of tiny flaws that you would not see if they had not pointed them out. We also bought some non-flawed pieces. Everything was incredible. We could have spent hours there. We even made a stop in the Portland,ME store on our way back to Boston. Just had to have one more look. This place is a treasure.
