Carousel Music Theatre, Boothbay Harbor

The talent was off the charts. I see about a dozen shows a year, including a couple on Broadway, and this was the most enjoyable of 2010. I'll be back.

What a best-kept secret for visitors to BBH! We laughed and gave a standing ovation to one of the most delightful performances of the year, and we're active theater-goers. The venue is attractive and rustic, everyone sits in a directors chair and the food is good as well. We highly recommend it.

when Joan owned it before she had better performances. the meals were WAY overpriced. only musicals.no comedy shows.all in all we were dissappointed.hopefully they will improve next year. we have been coming here for several years.

The show which included dinner was excellent and I would suggest that anyone going to this area put this on their schedule. The new owner put in new seating and tables which was a great improvement and a welcome suprise to our group which had been there in the past. The cost of $30.00 is a great value. The cast did an excellent job and everyone in our party left with happy feelings. We will return for sure.

On a whim my wife, daughters and I visited the theater last evening and were treated to the production of Surf'n USA. The food was very good and the seervice excellent. The show and the dinner music was also excellent. If in Boothbay Harbor it is a must see.

Very simple, rustic and great food. The show was wonderful, the cast more talented than a lot of others I have seen. "Surfin' USA" was well worth the money, time and travel. Everyone was very professional and funny and fun. The music was great, the acoustics superb. PS Steve Higginbottom was as cute as button!
