Good and the Bad
You can have the best food availible,but if you have employees with no people skills serving that food,quality can go by the wayside.Went to buffet last night,pan had 5 pieces of chicken in it (dried),no greens(pan empty),mashed potatoes almost empty,you could see where they had been scorched.This was about 2 hours before closing,so I don't think that was the problem.For some reason this area of the line always needs attention,maybe it's because the ladies working this area are to busy BSing and will tell you in a heart beat thats not their job when you ask them to do something pertaing to the line.
On a scale of 1-10,10 being the best I would rate the buffet a nine,would be a ten if these people had the skills needed to be in contact with the public.Majority of employees working the line are super friendly and helpful.
