Pro Shop Response to William,

We are sorry about you being unhappy, however, let me explain a few things. The pro shop was understaffed that day due to an emergency that I had with my daughter in Nashville. Our staff was carrying a full load that day. I arrived back to the pro shop around 2:00 and found a very busy day at Country Creek for which we are thankful. However, Country Creek has a reputation of friendly and helpful staff and we are sorry about you being unhappy. It is sometimes hard to keep everyone happy but we try our best. In regard to the power lines, they only come into play on #10. It was our mistake to send out a replay if it delayed your tee time. Again, we apologize for that mistake.
