could be better

after looking at the score card and saw that it was only 6000 yards from the tips, i thought it would be a pitch and put course. the course actually plays a lot longer then what the yardage indicates. the draw back was that the greens either were not mowed the morning we played or that they are just in bad condition (real bumpy, real slow, and real untrue). for those who are used to playing on nice greens don't get your hopes up here. any good experiences you have from the tee to the green are waisted when you realize trying to make a 10 foot birdie putt is as hard as squeezing blood from a rock. you should also take note that there are quite a few holes where you come under fire from arrant tee shots from other holes, a hard hat would be recommended as proper golf attire when playing this course. the course also played fairly slow and was made worse when they put another group in front of us at the turn. i disagree with the person who said the marshals "sucked", i found them to be more then helpful and rather accommidating (once even helping a playing partner locate a mishit drive). if the conditions of the course were better i would have no problem paying what they ask but until they either improve the conditions or lower the greens fee i will not go back willingly.
