Great service still exists!

When it was time to purchase a bike I shopped far and wide only to settle on the shop right in my back yard. Because of the great service I recieved, we went right back to Sunflower when my wife was ready to buy. We've also purchased plenty of camping gear and clothing over the years. Great products and great service. Check out the building's interior, too. No drop-ceiling and drywall box! Sunflower embodies everything great about downtown Lawrence.

A cat to boot

The Sunflower bike shop of Lawrence has just about everything you could ever want for outdoor activities and a great selection of bikes. They also have a pretty good selection of books to give you ideas about how to take your sport to the next level. The best thing about this store though, I think, is the fat orange cat that greats you at the door.

I have been completely satisfied with their service! My family has purchased at least five or six bikes and accessories from there and they have been extremely helpful they give 110% effort into their work.

Sunflower Bike Shop

I love these guys. As a life long cyclist with riding experience all over the country and Europe, as well as long time member of the Lawrence Kansas bike scene, I can confidently attest to Sunflower's status at the top of the heap. Not only are they the most knowledgeable pro shop in Lawrence ( by a HUGE margin), they are one of the best in the region. People drive for hours just to have Dan, Paul, or Nate answer questions and tune their gear.

I live in San Francisco now, obviously a major hot bed for cycling in the US. Sunflower would easily be one of the best shops out here, too.
