best kept secret

If you haven't been to Yoder in awhile, then you don't know what you are missing. I wondered into town after stopping off at the Dutch Mill Bakery for some bread and cinnamon rolls. My first stop was Nuts and Bolts, a fabric shop where you buy a bolt of fabric and get a bag of nuts (peanuts that is). The Amish gal there is a wealth of information and the most pleasant of women!! The next store was the Prairie Peddler, but since it was Monday, they were closed. Too bad, because when I looked in the window, I had my eye on the quilts. Next was Yoder Candle Company. I stepped in, but quickly stepped back out because the aromas were too much for my nose. Way too overpowering!!. I went into the apple basket and was met by two of the funniest women you could ever meet. These two shop owners know what customer service is. I had my husband with me and they made him laugh the rest of the day. We spent so long in there that we didn't have time to go anywhere else, but there is always another day!!
