Lots of variety, great for small children as well as older kids and adults and serious exercising swimmers. A season pass is great if you're living in or near Hays and for lower income people there is a scholarship program available.
I think you should open if it is in the upper 60's or lowwer 70's because people don't like to sit at home the whole day during the summer. Even if it is in the upper 60's people will still come.
