Not very good...

I have been a regular, taking part in the public sessions here for quite some time. I live an hour away from 4 different facilities but this is the easiest one to get to.
The public sessions on the weekends are often crowded with kids that are up to no good. Either they are challenging each other who can knock down the most people, going the wrong direction, or stopped in groups in the pathway. During the week there is no skate supervision. On the weekend there is a "skate guard" which only consists of one person gliding around listening to their iPod. Many people I've spoken with say they'll hesitate to return. I think that is a shame, because they could make more $$ beyond that of the "dropped off kids" if they'd just take the time to care. Complaints yield no real response.
Other local facilities (Joliet, Bloomington, Peoria) are safer/better run facilities.
