One of the largest public gardens in Iowa, Reiman Gardens is a year-round facility that is situated on a 14-acre site. It features distinct indoor and outdoor gardens, an indoor conservatory, a 2,500-square-foot indoor butterfly wing, butterfly emergence cases, a gift shop, Hazels Kitchen, a cafe; and five supporting greenhouses.

Reiman Gardens is a combanation of a beautiful outdoor gardens, a beautiful indoor gardens, and an amazing walk-in tropical butterfly house. It's a great place to take children of all ages...and the audults seem to love it too. I get very excited every time my parents say it is time to go to Reiman Gardens.

I think that Reiman Gardens is a neat experience. I am a student at Iowa State and had never been to Reiman til last week. They have every type of flower imaginable, and they are all so beautiful. The butterfly wing is unbelievable. My girlfriend and I strolled around for a long time and I never got bored. This is a great place to get out, relax and take that special someone for a romantic journey.
