Terrible, if you have a tank!

The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is nice, but they don't know jack about saltwater tanks. The fact that theirs are still alive absolutely amazes me. My husband and I live about an hour away, and we've been dealing with them for our tank needs. We've spent over 1,000 dollars with them, and we just keep having to go back to get things that they have messed up fixed. They have killed off over half of our tank, and said they would call me roughly 3 weeks ago, and I've not heard anything from them. I've finally decided to call the company of the product I've had the most trouble with recently, and was told they were doing everything completely wrong! I am just so irate right now! They don't answer their phones when you need them, and getting in contact with them is almost impossible! I left a message with them a while back and it took almost 2 weeks to get a call back! If you have a salt water tank I suggest you go elsewhere, because you will end up spending way more than you wanted if you go here!
