Magic Waters Waterpark, Cherry Valley

I didn't like that I had to wait at least 1 hour and half for the Splash Blaster coaster because the 2 for $10 people were always cutting in front of the regular people plus they didn't have enough working rafts on the ride. 4 of the rafts were out of commission, and this was a really crowded day. I can understand 1 or 2, but 4?? Buy more rafts already!! Also, for the purple / orange tube slide, they only had 1 worker on that ride, and on top of that the park wouldn't even allow the worker to leave because of an urgent matter. Shame on you Magic Waters for not letting that person to leave plus for not hiring enough people to work at your park to begin with. It's always smarter and wiser to hire more people than not hire enough. That purple / orange waterslide should always have 2 people working on that ride because it's going to be packed especially during August considering this is the last chance for the kids to get to a waterpark. I waited just about the same amount of time for when they had 1 of those purple / orange slides only working compared to when they had both working because of not enough employees. Also, for the Lazy River, I don't know what happened. Before, the water used to go on your from up above around the middle of the river, and now they don't care to use that water anymore which I don't like. That elephant also used to shoot out water, and it's not. If the stuff is broke, than just buy more water jets. Stop discounting so much, and make the park feel kept up instead of the stuff just not working anymore. Also, I seen graffati on a bathroom door in the room which probably deals with too many discounts.

Absolutely discusting bathrooms major health hazord!!! People who can not swim should not be allowed to go into the wave pool! They had to stop it every 5 min due to people drowning! The ride lines smelled like pee! Would not reccomend it for the high price! They really need to step it up! Not going back, but for Rockford what do you expect...Loved the wave pool though..

Mom, can I go back? That is exactly what I heard from my kids right when we got back from our day at the waterpark. It is a great place for family! My girl, went to Magic Waters as a group for the Country Club. She thought it was great. She loved the Splash Blaster and the body slides. It isn't as crowded as the dells, but just as much fun!

I liked the rides there they were well desgned. I didn't like the space wise.the food was excelent but exspensive .Cool to play at good overall exsperience.I definately going back this year.
