The garden is easy to get to from the highway, no need to try to get lost on the local roads. Admission was free on the Monday we happened to be there on. Visitor center (with bathrooms) was closed after 5pm.
We loved the atmosphere of the garden - quiet, full of plants variety, thoughtfully decorated, crisscrossed with trails. To our surprise, we liked this more then the Anderson Japanese Gardens that we visited a year before. Next time we will pack food and will spend there half a day - 1 hour was too little, too fast. Don't forget your camera!
