Pick college wisely

what i like about RockValley College is they have the lowest tuition . they are makeing a new building what i hate is that they have horeble customer service ,they like eating your money ,make sure you check your receipt.it is just like the rest of rockford ,illinois a bunch bully, hippies ,and drug dealers that are there to take a few classes but mainly make bussiness .What may seem nice at first can become a to nuthouse just give it time.Remember choose quality vs quantie folks.I will find out you graduated ,and are still back to where you stared .

WOW

The Starlight Theatre is BEAUTIFUL. I am a student at RVC and love the history that this place holds. I recently was apart of a tour, present by Mike Webb, during class and gained a whole new insight on the fundamentals of building a theatre. The "coming together" of building that place is amazing. The architecture is unbelievible and their is no doubt that it is in great hands. I feel very lucky to be apart of something so revolutionary. Good luck to the staff and students who will take part in future performances and events to take place there. I hope you find the Starlight Theatre as much of a gift as I have. It is truely a piece of art.... And to luke in the concrete, your father took part in something amazing in your honor. Jake

Broadway Production!!

This is a MUST SEE!! What a fabulous performance of Phantom of the Opera. The voices and casting were the best. We are planning on seeing it a couple more times because of the caliber of the performance. We've seen it many tmes around the country and were pleasantly surprised when we saw this last night.

Wow what a delight!

Starlight at Rock Valley brings us new and time tested shows put on by talented people of all ages 5 to 95. Huge productions with what looks like 50 actors on stage at a time. I have been going to Starlight for more than 10 years enjoying nearly all and the shows I didn't care for surely were done well. We are lucky to have this Jewel here in Rockford.

Worth seeing
By ,
I wasn't sure I would be interested in a play preformed in a small round theater but I was pleasently surprised. The actors had so much fun with all the craziness that I forgot where I was and found myself laughing out loud. Tom Hunter was so comfortable in his role of Leonard and did not miss a beat when it came to his hilarious cliche's and witty come backs. Alex Christopher MacIntyre was sweet and lovable in his role as Wally the younger son, who comically attempts to protects to mother from her own crazy world. Erin Quinlan was a joy to watch as the sexy prowler, Mary Mayfair, who sets her sites on Wally. Everyone added to the play including the sweet little boy, Brandon Bull, who plays Otis. I would have liked to have seen him do something funny yet sweet as he was such a cute little guy. I recomend anyone to see this play as it is really laugh out loud funny.
