my husband and i were there last week, to make a long story short, my husband was mistreated. my husband was accused by a 'lady'of taking money from her machine. when he sat at the machine, the chair was on the floor, not pushed against the machine.no money was in the machine, her card was, my husband gave it to her. next, he was accused by security guards, whom he told his story to. next, he was targated by one security guard, who informed him he could wait for gaming, which could take hours, or pay restitution. that according to the'lady' was $15.at least that's what she said. Quickly here, my husband is retired postal service for33 years, and also an eagle scout. My husband does not lie.My husband is 68 and was left feeling violated and humiliated.my husband had recently suffered a stroke and didn't need harrassment. i called 3 times, once on our way home, twice later during the day. I talked to valerie and jeff. I was told the machine would be reviewed and would take approx.2-3hrs. although, earlier in th day, my husband had been told this was checked in minutes. I waited for the call never received it, therefore called and was told jeff was busy with another alteration, but he would call me back. I'm still waiting
