Drury Lane Theatre, Villa Park

First I have to say that the dinner and show (Ms Saigon) were Excellent! The performers were some of the best we have ever seen. Then after the show, they all took their time to talk to us and our daughter. She was very impressed. This part of the evening was well worth the money and time. That being said, beware the valet service. We are out and about quite often and utilize valet services at plenty of other venues without issue. However this time, an item was removed from the vehicle. Once it was noticed the item was missing, I called and spoke to the GM. He was not helpful at all as he did not even want to listen to me; he was more interested in defending his employee. Its not the price of the item taken that upsets me, it is the principal of this whole episode that has truly soured me on Drury Lane. What a way to put a downer on what up until that point was a good night.

although the dinner and play were wonderful, the seats are so uncomfortable for a 6ft 160 # person. My legs were so cramped by intermission that we chose to sit in the back and across the isle from each other so we could spread our legs out. Thankfully it was not sold out so the ushers didn't have a problem with it. I will not return for that reason alone. I have never had a problem like this before.

I like the theatre it is very good .Though it is small size it has good visibility from any seat and I like the chandliers.Very rich looking and very well maintained seats and place, including the toilets.I like to see more shows. Do you have any AARP meatings there?

took 20 minutes for server to offer anything!! poor service !!! bad seating ...Bad attitude from management ..never even rcvd any apologies or anything ..The only thing said was out of 5000 people you are our only complaint .. How tacky!!!

we were there a couple of years ago. the seat width was super narrow and very uncomfortable. don't know if they have gotten the message and made seats wider. the dinner was great and atmosphere and service great as well. if just they would make the seats wider it would be a super evening.

It is one of the best places that I have been in my life for live theatre and food. Great performances always and food is also excellent.

Beautiful and elegant setting, all seats are excellent and the intermission pre drink order very well organized. I've been here twice for theatre and twice for Sunday brunch. It's a keeper!
