LinMar Gardens, Galena

If you ever stop in Galena. The LinMar Gardens is a must see. When my family went to see it we were on trolley ride. And other then us and the other trolley riders there was no one else there! It was like stepping into a seculded little world. I felt like I was in a fantasy movie. There are beautiful fountains, waterfalls and gardens desinged in a elegant old world charm. The loction is just 10 minutes from Galena. Although its by oppointment only so make sure you have one. Or you could go see it by going on a Galena Trolley for a two hour tour. Which also makes a stop at General Grant's home and a tour through the rest of Galena. If you are a person who likes beautiful, intimate surroundings The LinMar Gardens are for you.
