Keep on Driving!

What we did not enjoy however, was the weaving in and out of the buildings. The venders are separated by high bamboo fences which will remind you of visiting the animals at the zoo.
We also thought the food prices were high, though we must admit that just about everywhere on the Big Island is expensive. The venders' products were not varied enough as there were many who sold just about the same items--coffee, tikis, Bali souveniers, and so on. If you enjoy shopping at the International Marketplace in Waikiki on Oahu, this place is for you.
Overall, we thought the venders at Coconut Grove in Kona were warm and friendly, but I would not recommend anyone to stop by as it is somewhat off the beaten path and is not really worth the stop over.
