Founded in 1965, this arboretum lies on 47 acres and was designed to enhance the cultural and aesthetic life of Milledgeville. The arboretum features shrubs, trees, herb beds, iris, daylily beds, a rhododendron garden, vineyards, bulb and perennial beds, and a tropical and desert greenhouse. Guided tours are available.
